Our local town is a good shopping centre. We organise a bus there at 10.00, back at 13.00. The cost for both trips is £25 (to be added to pocket money). Prefects, Sub-Prefects and House Captains can go on any Sunday with our permission.
Downton Abbey
Monday afternoon 19 July 2021
In the TV series it's in Yorkshire in the north of England. In reality, it's Highclere Castle in Newbury. This is where the filming for Downton Abbey is done. The visit will take in the rooms the series is filmed in, the grounds and the Egyptology display. Only very small groups are allowed.
